- When I'm tired & writing normal speed, tho, all I do is mix up homophones like 'knew' and 'new', 'know' and 'no'. Nothing else changes. :O #

- I'm sure it would be a fine enough game if it wasn't raping one of the greatest epic poems there is. #
- Having some fun on WiiFit+ with @Daveface. YOGA IS HARD. D: It's a good game, though no sure if the novelty will quickly wear off. #

@Daveface took pictures! # - Cross-browser testing the new site layout - tab menu only displays right in Chrome and Firefox, ugh. #
- HELL YES. WE DID IT, INTERNET! #
- Listening to Vast's "My TV & You". "I was born to stare at who stares back at me." #musicmonday #
- I have a test at 2 o'clock. D: Being kept a bit out of the loop means I'm totally unprepared. I'm hoping it's not as difficult as I think. #
- Could have been worse but could have been better. I'm just hoping to scrape 50% so I can get into the training program. #
- Nairn is getting a Sainsbury! Finally! Took them long enough to get a decent store out here. #
- RT @Oatmeal Why it's better to pretend you don't know anything about computers http://digg.com/d31DTif #
- Burning the midnight oil to do some last-minute baking for the work Christmas party (not to be confused with the Christmas pub crawl
) # - Wait, Avatar uses Papyrus as its main font? Including subtitles? Seriously? What a waste of a budget. #
- I sat at the edge of the bed until Dave woke up, balancing a piping hot cookie on a spatula, because he only likes them hot & fresh. #
- Unfortunately it is too early in the morning for him to want a cookie. </3 I feel so rejected! I will never bake again! :'P #
- Waking up early to get a taxi in with @Daveface and avoid walking in the snow. I'll regret this by the time my shift's over.
# - The brothers make The Vamprie Diaries really amusing. "Hello, I'm camp and evil!" "I AM DARK & BROODING & OWN A DIARY" "Oh. Good for you." #
- Am I actually a malfunctioning android powered entirely by tea and sugar? So far, signs point to 'Yes'. #
- Christmas Party! People have brought so much stuff, it's awesome. All kinds of delicious baking, crisps, platters of sandwiches. :O #
- Just watched Screenwipe.
Charlie Booker brings the lulz again. @dj_jenns Cheers for the notice it was on. # - Emma: 'Do you know how to use [fingerquotes] "ironic speechmarks"?' Dave: 'Yes, "I do."' I THINK HE JUST SELF-PWNED. #
- Oh jesus what. D: RT @ananthymous: This is made of nightmares http://tinyurl.com/c7cf2e #
- Top Cat's voice actor died. =( http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/8427789.stm #
- Someone's selling a complete set of my books & merch on EBay, buy now £1k. If that sells I should probably get my online store back up.
# - Zombieland was a great comedy movie.
Doesn't beat Shaun of the Dead, but definitely worth a watch. # - Wandering around the office in a santa hat today. Getting a few smiles.
# - Just finished reading "Hush, Hush". I think it's my favourite YA this year - tight mythology, sharp writing and plentiful innuendo! #
- Iced mince pies always confuse me. My brain goes ICING, IT'S A TART! :O and I nibble it only to find it is FILLED WITH MEAT. #
- According to Wikipedia, modern mince pies are actually just filled with fruit? That explains the odd taste but does not reassure me at all. #
- I'm debating whether walking home in the Santa hat (to keep my ears warm) will earn me a punch in the face. BOOM BOOM BOOM SHAKE THE ROOM. #
- This house is missing a Dave. D: I hope he hasn't gone to meet me, without a phone, in -4 degrees. Gonna go hunting for him. #
- Merry Christmas everyone. =) #
- What did everyone get for Xmas? I got: WiiFit+, books, whistling kettle, a plush labrador, clothes, sweeties, perfume & Ted Baker bodywear! #

Twitter Weekly Updates for 2009-12-20
- When did Pundit Kitchen get so preachy? Ugh, it gets harder and harder to find good political humor. #
- Getting really tempted to splash out on something extra-fancy for Dave. I'm especially bad at restraint when it comes to loved ones. #
- I really don't get that 'pulse perfection' mascara. It's hard enough for me to keep a steady hand as is. xD #
- I swear, stress is contagious. Something bad happens to someone close and I end up clawing at the walls in frustration (metaphorically). #
- Imagine Edward Cullen riding a bike. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. #
- Got a lift home, yay.
# - I managed to drop a big bottle of bleach. It split open all over the floor. 'Klutz of the Year' award goes to me. D: #
- My life has become one long, monotonous spreadsheet. I think my wrist hurts from so much Enter, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V. #
- Had a great night - parents came round with computer chair for study, presents, hamper, XMas decorations & my santa hat! =D #
- They've "lost track" of the Lockerbie bomber's current whereabouts. America will have a field day about this. #
- Tried and failed at making a Chai Tea Latte. Despite valiant efforts, a mini hot chocolate whisk does not replace a hand blender or steamer. #
- "Panic Attack!" is a great short vid about robots attacking. The guy just received a Hollywood film contract. =) http://tinyurl.com/yd2jsvm #
- I was so confused by the theme, though. :O I was convinced it was Doctor Who's "Doomsday" but it's actually from 28 Days Later #
- If Stop Signs were designed by committees... http://usedwigs.com/video-stop-sign-designed-by-committee/ #
- I've heard the Invernessians & early-rising Nairnians say it's snowing, but now even GMail is trying to convince me it's snowing? Lies! #
- OH GOD THE SCHOOLCHILDREN WILL BE GETING OUT SOON. D: I must dash and get a Gingerbread house before the mobs hit the High Street! #
- WE ARE BUILDING A GINGERBREAD HOUSE TONIGHT. The first step in the instructions is "1. Eat this bag of sweets while you build the house". #
- People keep using my long-defunct MSN addy to contact me, so I'm changing my MSN/Live messenger address to emaree[at]used-goods[dot]net #
- The best thing about Christmas trees is either chocolate decorations or tinsel. Cast your votes! #
- I went upstairs to bleed the radiator, put the key in anything it would fit on, then realised I had no idea what I was doing and gave up. #
- Gah, the icing bag for the Gingerbread house has split and looks a bit ick. Gonna have to return it I think. >: #
- New Iron Man 2 trailer is looking good. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siQgD9qOhRs #

It was awesome - a real change from the 'fresh' doughnuts found in supermarkets. # - The fire alarm just had to go off when it was snowing, didn't it? #yam #
- Can't wait for the staff party tonight! We're all going out to the Nairn pubs, it's going to be pretty epic. Looking forward to it.
# - The MadCatz Portable Rock Band drum kit looks great - convenient and (finally) a reasonable price tag. Tempted by Rock Band now. #
- Watched first ep of Clone High, it was awful. Generic MTV animation made up entirely out of terrible adult jokes. #
- Watched the Misfits pilot as well. Apathetic about it - I don't care about any of the characters at all. Will watch a few more eps. #
- TV and movie adaptions of vampire romance books are fun - you get good looking actors and none of the terrible writing! #
- Last hour to buy "Killing in the Name Of" so that it counts for the charts. 30p on Amazon.co.uk, get to it! #
- Working on a lighter-coloured new layout for my website. It's going well. http://used-goods.net/indexinvert.php #
