As is my yearly tradition, here’s a summary of some of the pieces I did over 2015.
I didn’t feel like I improved too much over this year, because I didn’t get enough time to properly experiment. It’s hard to find time for art on top of full-time work and writing in my downtime.
But looking back on it I’m happy with my improvements in colour and style compared to last year. Compared to last year, where I was just getting comfortable with colours, this year is a lot more vibrant. Here’s to more experiments next year!
Now, let’s take a look at things over the ten years(!!!) of doodling.
Really crazy to think I’ve been doing these anime-inspired drawings for a decade now. Really quite mad. But there you go.
I think this year I really want to do something physical with my art. Bookmarks, charms, prints, or just playing around with concept designs. We’ll see.
Here’s to a 2016 full of art!
